How to Print a Preview Ticket

How to Print a Preview Ticket
  1. When you get to the Summary Screen, click the Invoice Total label at the bottom of the screen.


  2. Once the Preview Screen opens, click Pick List to print a Pick List or click Print to print a Preview Ticket. Note - if a Pick List is needed it must be printed before printing Preview Ticket.

**If you print the Preview Ticket, it saves those sales/rotates/adjustments for that dealer. If you need to make a change to that ticket you will need to use the aggregate function to either add sales or do a buy back. If the ticket needs to be voided that will have to be done in Jericho.

RMS II Version 2.1

Temporary Solution

TEMPORARY SOLUTION:

  • To help alleviate some of the “Out Of Memory” issues we recommend the RSM’s use the RMS (Cell phone icon) application when running their route instead of going into RMS II and selecting “Tickets”.

  • Using the RMS application will:

o Open the application faster if reboot required.

o Cut back on some of the memory being used by the RMS II application.
