Printing Truck Load or Unload after being saved to StorageCard

Some of you have inquired how to print a truck load when you get the message saying an electronic copy has been saved to the storage card.
**The following steps can also be used to print a truck unload that has been saved to the storage card.**
Here is how to print the file:
1. You will get a message that looks like this:












*when you click ok on this message it will kick you out of truck load, re-open truck load and continue with the directions.

2. When you are on the main truck load screen press and hold anywhere on the screen, you will get a drop down box that looks like the following. Select Reprint Report from the list.












3. Once you click Reprint Report the Saved Load Reports menu will open, you will see the last 10 days of reports in the list.
4. Find the most current date and time listed.
Example: Invload20071211142727.prn - it is listed by year, month, date, and time.
Year: 2007
Month: 12
Date: 11
Time: 2:27:27 pm

IRDA Cam = ED-18 adapter

The device you see here is called an IRDA Cam. It has two purposes for the new handhelds:

1. Used for charging the handheld when connected to an AC Adapter.
2. Used for ED-18 transfers. The window at the bottom of the IRDA Cam needs to see the clear light bulb on the ED-18 tester.

**Make sure while doing a transfer nothing is obstructing the path between the window and the light bulb.

Tips/Tricks

Here are a few tips/tricks we have picked up and would like to share with you:

• Pen Alignment: no matter what screen you are on, press the blue button then the ESC button (the ESC button is located on the top left corner of the keypad).

• Handheld Admin. Password: when trying to adjust the configuration settings on the handheld you need an admin password. If you do not know this password or how to find it contact the Support team and we can walk you through getting the password.
  

• Truck Password: when opening RMS it requires a password, if your handheld is not setup with a password just press Enter and it will bypass the password screen. If your handheld is setup to require a password and you don't know what the password is follow these steps to find the handheld password:

• In Jericho click Maintenance
• click Trucks
• the 5th column should say password, the password correlates to the truck # in the first column
