TEMPORARY SOLUTION:
- To help alleviate some of the “Out Of Memory” issues we recommend the RSM’s use the RMS (Cell phone icon) application when running their route instead of going into RMS II and selecting “Tickets”.
- Using the RMS application will:
o Open the application faster if reboot required.
o Cut back on some of the memory being used by the RMS II application.
