Initial TCOM Info Screen

WARNING!!! VERY IMPORTANT SCREEN!!!

If you see this screen on your handheld, please follow the instructions below!

This screen appears when configuration is not loaded properly after download due to network issues. This screen will reinitialize your handheld. Completing this screen will zero out inventory.

If you are still at the warehouse:

1. Reboot the handheld without completing form.
2. Call Emily 469-221-4691

If you are out in the field:

1. Change the truck number to your truck number.
2. Tap in the ticket number field (pressing enter or tab may cause screen to disappear!)
3. Call Office Manager and get your next ticket number
4. Enter ticket number and press Cont / Save

This method will cause your inventory to zero out, but this will allow you to continue for the day without having to return to the warehouse.
