If you could simplify daily check-ins by building it from the ground up, how would it work? Please provide a general outline/process.

This process needs to be automated.
Jericho should create the download automatically, though a time selection option.
example: jericho is scheduled to create downloads at 4:00p.m.everyday.(schedule time should be different per operation). This is communicated to RSM's. When RSM's finish paperwork, they know they can TCOM after 4:00P.M.
I'm not sure this is such a good idea. Things happen and changes have to be made. I think I'm more comfortable with RSMs asking "Can I TCOM?" rather than have it automatically start. I like having the versatility to make changes.
The RSMs here run route's that are way out there and it's hard to come in every single day and check in yet still get any work done in the process. If it was possible I would set it up to where the guys could finish their route and then run their EOP from there truck and get it sent to the warehouse (probably not possible, but in my world this is how i'd have it.) Upload and process the upload and everything else that has to be done for check-ins. Create the download and have it sent to their handheld wherever they are. Turn the money in when they load or something. In my opinion that would simplify that.
So far we have not run into any problems. Everything runs smoothly if I remember to create the downloads before the trucks come in.
