Error - Problem Opening RMS

When opening RMS you get an error that says Database file cannot be found check the path to the Database or Database file may be corrupt:
If the error says Database file cannot be found there are two different scenarios:
    1. Scenario 1: If the handheld is still at the warehouse reboot the handheld and do the following:
      • Once handheld reboots go to Data Transfer
      • Once Data Transfer has opened and WIFI has started click Tools, Download Database once it has finished downloading click ok and wait for the configuration to load.
      • Once the configuration has loaded reboot the handheld and try going into RMS
    2. Scenario 2: If the driver is out on their route and they get this error it will ask if they wants to restore database from automated backup
      • Instead of having the driver come all the way back to the shop the driver can click yes, this will restore the database that was on the handheld prior to the current upload/download.
      • FYI! When they restore the previous database the tickets that were in the previous upload will be reloaded on the handheld so when the driver runs EOP they will have old tickets on their printouts BUT the old tickets will NOT be reloaded in Jericho, just the new tickets for that day.
