Majority of the support calls coming in these days deal with upload/download issues. Here are some of the most common errors we encounter and how to deal with them.
**If you have an upload file on your computer for the truck you are getting an error on, PLEASE DO NOT send another upload file!!!! Sending multiple uploads will cause you to lose truck inventory and next ticket number!**

- Timed Out Waiting for WIFI:
- Click Yes to re-try starting WIFI
- If WIFI times out again, reboot handheld. When it comes back up go into Data Transfer. Wait for WIFI to start, if it starts click Start Communication.
- If WIFI doesn't start up after reboot contact support.
- A - Error - IOException: Lost network connection during upload/download
- If you have an upload on your computer for the truck having issues, then click tools, download database
- If you do not have an upload on the computer then click start communication
- Download Error - Download Failed. Network lost during download. Contact Support with this message (the background will turn red when this message pops up):
- Don't Go Any Farther!
- Contact Support!
- When opening RMS it takes you to the initial TCOM info screen:
- DON'T do anything except REBOOT handheld (changing anything or pressing any buttons other than reboot may cause inventory to be lost!).
- When handheld comes back up click Data Transfer, when Data Transfer comes up and the WIFI has started click Tools, Load Config.
- Once Load Config is complete, reboot handheld and try going into RMS.
